We added a videographer kind of at the last minute based on the recommendation of a friend who also used Mystic Image. We're extremely glad we made the decision to do it! Paul did a wonderful job capturing the events of the day and creating the video. It's definitely better than I expected it to be and now cannot imagine not having gotten the video! I had Mystic Image as our wedding videographers. Lana and her partner were awesome. They were friendly and professional. They were quick to answer all of our questions and we had a lot!I am not a big gush when it comes to wedding things, but what sold me was their highlight videos of others weddings. I chose them because those actually brought a tear to my eye. People I don't even know! That says a lot for me! Paul and his fiance (now wife)video taped my oldest daughter's wedding in 2004. The wedding was at our house in the country. They were fantastic! We hired them again for my middle daughter's wedding on 2-12-11 at the Ritz in Cleveland. Once again, what an experience! Mystic Image is top notch, very professional and their work is the best. Mystic Image did a FANTASTIC job with my photography & videography. Their prices were a little higher than their competitors, but you get what you pay for and they were worth every penny! Provides personalized service, and the flexibility to customize their packages to what we needed/wanted. I received the full video and the highlight video, and am going to use it as gifts for the wedding party. We used Mystic for our Aug. 19th wedding. We decided we wanted a videographer 5 months before, and after looking at literally hours of sample videos from different vendors we decided that we'd get what we paid for, and although we'd have to stretch our budget a little, we didn't want anyone else. We'd chosen a photographer whose style was modern and artistic, and we wanted the same for our wedding video. We found that in Mystic, and luckily they still had our date open. Leading up to that day, all of our correspondence was via phone/email since I'm a veterinary student at Ohio State and don't make it back to NE OH often. Lana and Paul answered our questions promptly and gave us plenty of notice when they needed something from us- I wish we could say that about all of our vendors. Our wedding day was the first time I met Lana and her assistant, and I was thrilled with how professional and easy-going they were. Lana's experience even turned into my voice of reason when storm clouds threatened our outdoor ceremony and others were pushing us to move it indoors. She was the only person who plainly told us to stick to our plan, and you know what? The sun came out just as my girls walked down the aisle. Thanks, Lana, for encouraging us to have the outdoo rwedding we'd been planning. We even received compliments from our wedding guests, who said the Mystic ladies were non-invasive and pleasant. They thought it was a lot of fun to give their well-wishes on camera. I'm so glad we decided to get a wedding video, I love our photos but I don't think anything will help us relive the first day of our marriage like a video. -Heather & Chris Penton
I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. Originally, I had not planned to use a videographer for my wedding. Two weeks before my wedding, my photographer suggested this company for rental of AV equipment I needed to play a slide show of photos during my wedding reception. When I contacted the company about renting the equipment, the owner of the company asked me if I would like my ceremony and reception videotaped. Since I was paying for the wedding myself,cost was an issue and a videographer was not something I had included in the budget. However, the owner put together a package at a VERY attractive price which included recording the ceremony and part of the reception. The owner,Paul, was courteous, pleasant to work with, and the final product was absolutely amazing. I am so glad I decided to use their services. The DVD is lovely, and I have enjoyed watching it again and again. Plus, the turn-aroundtime was very fast - I had my wedding DVD very quickly after the event. They were very professional, on time, and didn't cause any disruption in the ceremony o rat the reception. In fact, I barely knew they were there. Overall, they were one of my favorite vendors I used for my wedding. They were so willing to work with me in terms of what I wanted, and also offering very affordable packages.I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I liked them so much, I hired them to photograph my sister's wedding. Her pictures turned out wonderfully, and they were just as professional and courteous as they were for my wedding. Mystic-Image was AMAZING. From day one, they answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get the package we desired. They put so much extra customer service into the pre-production process. On top of that, they took over when our reception DJ didn't host certain activities. They came up with things on the spot that really added to our reception. They brought it a lot of amazing equipment to the ceremony, but it was hidden so well we didn't even know they were there. Out of all the vendors in Cleveland, and even across the country, we would rate Mystic-Image a 15 out of 10 for their excellence and dedication to pleasing the customer. -Brandon & Nicole Marx

The team at Mystic was so wonderful. Everyone we spoke/worked with was very helpful in guiding us and explaining everything we would need to have the perfect video. They were so flexible with our schedules and made themselves available when we were...which was very difficult to do with some vendors, as my husband and I have a 9-6 work schedule. Paul and Lana, What can we say!?!?! We are absolutely ecstatic about our wedding video. After patiently waiting until today to watch it together with a bottle of wine, we are now pacing or should we say dancing around the room because we are so excited!! We would like to thank you both for presenting us with such wonderful memories of our wedding that we will forever have on video. Paul- the footage you captured was priceless!! It is very evident that a lot of time and thought was put into making the best wedding video for us! We just finished watching the video for the third time (showing it to family members in Ohio on Christmas day). We're all thrilled with your work, including of course the bride and groom (who are sitting here with me)! Thank you so much for such a wonderful keepsake of Suzanne and Nick's special day.
